here comes the snow ^__^

It has been snowing for a couple days and it's keep going on

i have a chance to walked around yesterday

.

was went to the town

it was windy, super cold and snow

.

but by the time i get close to the city it was no any snow only wet and grey

.

but i got some cool pictures around my area

very beautiful and white ^__^

i like snow and will wait for more that's coming

I love the cold weather..even though it foggy and grey but i can find something fun to do inside

.

so like yesterday

.

i walked to ROMA 1000 (it's like kroger) to get flour

.

then i bake Thai tea cake for my tea time ^__^

the bad baker lol...i'm not good at baking but i like to bake :P

ingredient

Cake or all purpose  90 grams

sugar (1) 45 grams (for the yoke part)

sugar (2) 45 grams (for the egg white part)

3 eggs L size (use 4 if the egg too small)

milk 35 grams

hot water 1/3 cup for mixing tea

canola/vegetable oil 40 grams

baking powder 1/2 tsp

cream off tar tar 1/4 tsp

salt 1/4 tsp

Thai tea (you can use green tea powder instead)  3 tbs Mix with the hot water 1/3 and major it for 35-40 grams

1st step beat the egg withe with sugar until you think it's right lol i don't know i just use the guess also

2nd step mix the wet ingredient separately with dry ingredient then mix the dry with the wet :P

3rd gently mix the egg white and all the ingredient not over stir it and put it in the form (2 pounds) bake it at 180 degree C for 25-35 mins check it with the wood stick to make sure it cook^__^

for the sauce of outside part

(1st part of ingredient)

3 sheets of gelatine

1 cup of very concentrate thai tea juice

milk 100 grams

sugar 100 grams

Heavy cream 150 grams

(2nd part of ingredient)

cornstarch 30 grams

milk 110 grams

(3rd part of ingredient)

unsalted butter 100 grams

Mix the 1st part together bring it to a boil ^__^ after it boil...mix cornstarch with milk and slowly put it in the pot...stir it for 8 mins then turn of the stove and put the butter in...stir it until it malt ^__^ 

wait until it cool down a little bit and pour on the top of first layer and put the 2nd layer on the top and pour the mixer all over again.

i got a beautiful and lovely day yesterday

i decided to shear with you guys ^__^

it had been wet and cold in Oslo most of the time after i get here

.

but yesterday is surprised me with a beautiful sunny day

.

so i just grabbed my camera and enjoyed shooting photo outside

.

i went to Vigeland park ^__^ a very famous park in Oslo

.

well, don't ask me about the story of this park lol i don't know

.

but all i know is they have many kool nude statues around :P

.

so let get start

i took the bus No. 46 to Majorstuen station then No.20 to the park ^___^

.

quite easy!!

then here i am at the Vigelan Park

.

actually i came here for 3 time already.. 1st time Clouie took me and the 2nd time was yesterday

.

mE!! Yea!!!!

even though it's very cold outside like 0 degree celsius but Norwegian people still eating ice cream O_O Amazing!!! (for me)

after i finished walked around the park

i met Mherose my aupair friend

.

we went to eat burger king and talk for a while it was good to see some friend ^__^

.

 then i left to asian shop to get some stuff then i went home ^___^

Oslo city...the view not far from my host's house

and my dear host family baked a brownie today

.

and they kindly gave me a piece to try ^__^ Tusen Takk

That's about it for my happy beautiful day in Oslo
