I went out to walked around on saturday

i have a good time

.

the weather not very cold only -10 C or 7 F hahaha 

.

i had all my warm clothes so i was ok out there

.

Oslo is kinda simple city if compare to Paris, Milan or Vienna

.

but still it's simple beautiful and have some detail that i really like

.

not very messy and not easy to get lost ^___^

.

i will say anything much i just let you enjoy the photos

GOD JUL

God Jul in Norwegian means Merry Christmas

.

i think christmas here is as big as America

.

so many culture and a lot of christmas of signature smell and food ^__^

.

This is all my experienced and my host family explain it to me 

.

if i remember anything wrong or misunderstand anything please feel free to comment down bellow

first that i learn is 

.

they will have 4 candles line up ion order

.

and they will light the first one on the saturday 4 weeks before christmas week.

(do you understand? is it make sense? :P)

.

so now you can guess, Yep the 2nd cancel is light up on saturday, 3 weeks before christmas week

.

and they do it until the 4th candle on christmas week.

.

they will sing traditional song before they light the candle

.

very sweet.. ^__^

about the bread ^__^

.

one afternoon

.

my host dad walked to me and make a serious face and told me i have to try this 

.

norwegian christmas bread

.

and i was ummm interesting. is this need to be this serious?

.

she he was smile and told me how to eat the right way

it's a raisin and dry fruit bread

.

i have to put some butter or brown cheese or both 

so i chosen both :P

.

the bread is tease good with brown cheese that i really like

.

soft and the smell of butter bring out the favour!! Nummm!

The drink ^___^

.

They have a traditional drink call Gløgg

.

my host dad said you can mix it with red wine or rum

.

but for today we will make it with out alcohol

.

they have to warm it

.

you should not bring it to boil if you mix with Alcohol 

.

and they have like a topping to put in the drink

.

it's a raisin and almond

.

very interesting!!

so this drink test like warm coca cola or pepsi and have raisin and almond in it

.

i really like it cos when you have it in a cold day it feel good ^__^

.

i'm not sure if they have more favour

.

and ofcause they decorated the host to make it feel so christmas ^__^

Oslo Welcome the last month of the year with 7 degree fahrenheit or -14 celsiue O_O

good thing about that is you can walk around, eating ice-cream and it not melt!!
